Hi op, I hope you’re ok. This may sound weird, but I suggest taking a lot of vitamin D each day. Double the normal dose. It’s worked for me and to others I know who’ve done it. Why don’t you join a club? Regular contact with others to get you out and about. A ten pin bowling league, a hiking club, indoor sport etc... most of all, be kind to yourself. Shower every day, eat 3 meals at least and try to get a good sleep pattern going. Take care and hugs from Australia

Hey there! Somewhat same here. No family, no friends, no any contact besides work for years and oh, I don't have a pet or own a home. But at least I can afford to live alone and sometimes I find joy in my work, so I had that going for me which is nice.
