Chuẩn bị 2 chảo, đun dầu ăn cho nóng rồi thả tôm vào rán riêng, mực rán riêng. Để lửa trung bình, rán chín vàng là được. Vớt ra đĩa có giấy thấm dầu.
Ăn ngay khi rán xong là ngon nhất, lớp bột nóng giòn bên trong thịt tôm và mực mềm ngọt. Ăn kèm với sốt maysonaise.
